Republic of Argentina

The Republic of Argentina is located in South America. Its continental surface is of 2,780,092 km². From North to South it is 3,700 km long, whereas from East to West the maximum extension is of 1,425 km.
Argentina borders on the Republic of Chile, the Republic of Bolivia, the Republic of Paraguay, the Federal Republic of Brazil, the Oriental Republic of Uruguay and the Atlantic Ocean. It is made up of a Federal District which is subdivided into 24 provinces.

What products are exported?

Argentina's exports are mainly agricultural rate. Soy products (grains, oil, etc.) occupy 22.2% of total exports. Cereals (mainly wheat and maize), a 8.5%.

The petro-chemical area has a total of 20% of exports. Oil and natural gas occupy more than three quarters of that figure, while other petrochemical products occupy a smaller part.

The automotive industry and bovine products (meat, skins and milk), they occupy 7% of total exports each, and the steel industry by 3.4%.

Manufacturing industries that are not in the above categories occupy 11% of total exports.

It also markets (in descending order of participation in total): fruit, fish, paper and wood, copper, aluminum, grapes, goats products, snuff and cotton.
